Floor & cabinet damage claims
The single largest install-related claim category for premium integrated work. Documented use of a mechanical lifting aid + signed install record is the strongest defence available to both dealer and brand.
Fleet
For appliance manufacturers, dealers, and service networks managing install quality across a partner base: a purpose-built install tool, a recommended-tools program for your service partners, and a documented install record on every job. Designed and supported in Australia.
The problem you already know
Your service partners install appliances ranging from $800 washing machines to $25,000 integrated refrigerators into millimetre-perfect cabinetry every day. The current method is two pairs of hands, brute force, and hope. Your claims data already reflects the cost: scratched hardwood, marked toe-kicks, stressed gas lines, and kinked plumbing.
Most of the cost lands on you. Customers blame the brand for the install. Service partners blame each other. Dealers absorb the floor repair to keep the customer. The damage is everywhere, and it's nobody's problem to solve, because nobody sells the right tool.
Why brands engage
01
The single largest install-related claim category for premium integrated work. Documented use of a mechanical lifting aid + signed install record is the strongest defence available to both dealer and brand.
02
The largest WHS / workers' comp claim category in Australian trades. Once a mechanical aid is commercially available and brand-recommended, the liability calculus across the network changes materially.
03
The same integrated install done by your top partner versus your newest takes 60 to 90 minutes longer. Grippen standardises the workflow across your entire network, bringing the ceiling down on install times and raising the floor on quality.
04
For your customer, "the install went well" is the difference between a repeat customer and a single-sale relationship. Tool-grade install + signed sign-off PDF reads as care, not paperwork.
Brand partner program
Six ways to engage, sized to your network and procurement model. Most partners start with workflow validation and a recommended-tools listing, then expand as install data comes in.
01
We bring a working unit to your service training facility, run it through your top integrated SKUs, and document compatibility, install-time savings, and damage-mode reduction with your service team. One day on-site. No commitment.
02
We measure and publish a compatibility statement against your premium integrated line: fridges, ovens, dishwashers, ranges. Co-branded compatibility sheet your dealer teams and service partners can reference at point-of-sale and on-site.
03
For brands that maintain approved or recommended tool lists for authorised service partners: we supply everything your service operations team needs to evaluate Grippen for inclusion. Technical documentation, service-partner training content, on-site demo days, and direct manufacturer support throughout the assessment.
04
For brands rolling Grippen across a service-partner network: co-brand decal options, printed-housing at higher volume, standardised partner onboarding, and consolidated logistics. Bulk purchase and ongoing rental options are set out in "Equip your own fleet" below.
05
Every Grippen T150 ships with the Grippen Logbook, accessed via a unique QR code on the top of the tool: a signed, dated, GPS-stamped install record. For service networks: the audit trail your insurance team has wanted for years: per-install, per-partner, per-appliance. Optional brand-network admin view.
06
We deliver tool-use training at your service partner conferences or regional training sessions. Reduces ramp time for new partners, standardises method, gives your operations team a reference to point to.
What you can rely on
The tool you can put on a recommended list without holding your breath at the first warranty claim.
Brand & service network FAQ
Yes, that's the typical pattern. Most brands recommend or list approved tools rather than purchase-and-distribute. Our program is built around that: a compatibility statement, a recommended-tools listing path, and direct-to-installer fulfilment so your service partners buy in their own name, your operations team doesn't carry inventory, and your brand stays in the install-quality conversation without sitting in the supply chain.
We come to your service training facility (or a dealer showroom) for a day with a working unit. We measure floor clearance against your top integrated SKUs, run a full install cycle with your service team observing, and document compatibility, install-time savings, and observed damage-mode reduction. You get the validation report at the end of the day, regardless of what we decide next.
Every Grippen ships with the Grippen Logbook: a digital tool that captures photos, GPS, time-stamp, and customer signature for each install. The customer keeps a branded PDF; the service partner keeps the archive. For brands, the network-level view gives your insurance and claims teams the per-install audit trail they've been asking for and the documented evidence that ends "you damaged my floor" disputes at the front edge. See the Logbook page for the full detail.
Bulk orders start at 10 units: every unit ships as a full Pro Kit (spare battery, tilt-trolley sleeve, carpet glides, booster fork kit) at the $899 base tool price, so the accessories are included rather than added on top. Co-brand decal options and consolidated logistics at higher volume. Prefer not to own the tools? The Fleet Rental Program leases them ongoing. Both are set out in "Equip your own fleet" below.
Yes, at fleet volume. Decal options first; deeper co-brand (printed housing) at higher volume commitments. We do not white-label. The Grippen mechanism, patent, and warranty stay branded so service partners and customers know exactly what's behind the install.
We run a 60-minute tool-use module at your existing service partner training sessions or regional conferences. Covers deployment, lift cycle, clearance verification, and logbook workflow. Trainer travels; you provide the room and the people.
Workflow validation: 1 day. Compatibility certification: 2-3 weeks. Recommended-tools listing: depends entirely on your internal approval process, ranges from 30 days to 6 months. Fleet rollout from approval to first units in service-partner hands: 4-8 weeks depending on production lead time.
Equip your own fleet
Order 10 or more units and every tool ships as a full Pro Kit at the $899 base tool price. The accessories are included, not added on top.
Prefer not to tie up capital? The Fleet Rental Program leases units to your team for a flat weekly rate, fully serviced and billed as an operating cost. Grippen owns and maintains the tools; you return or upgrade them at the end of the term.
