Fleet Rental Program

Predictable cost.
Maximum uptime.

For service networks, installation crews, and appliance retailers managing multiple vans, the Grippen Fleet Rental Program is a structured way to equip your whole team without a large upfront capital outlay. Instead of buying units one at a time, you pay a flat weekly rate, from $15 per unit, covering the Grippen T150, priority wear-parts support, and a direct line to our engineering team.

Why the Fleet Rental Program

Built for teams, not single purchases.

  • Predictable weekly cost. A single flat fee per unit covers the tool, warranty, and priority support. No surprise repair bills, no downtime to budget around.
  • Preserve cash flow. Equip your team without diverting capital from inventory, marketing, or expansion. Speak to your accountant about how the program structure may be treated for tax in your business.
  • Seamless scalability. Add or remove units as your team grows or contract volumes shift. No minimum lock-in beyond the initial term.
  • Built-in servicing. User-replaceable wear parts dispatched express, so your tools stay on the road, not in a workshop.

How it works: the Fleet Rental Program is a lease. Grippen owns and services the units; your team pays a flat weekly rate for access, and returns or upgrades them at the end of the term. Prefer to own the tool outright? See the $899 purchase or the lease-to-own plan on the pricing page.

What's included

Every allocated unit, delivered site-ready.

1. The Grippen T150 appliance lifter

  • 4 mm tapered-tip insertion: enters the natural floor gap and raises the appliance onto the forks as it slides under. No levering, no pre-lifting.
  • Adjustable-width forks (300 to 650 mm): accommodates dishwashers through to wide-body fridges.
  • 150 kg safe working load (SWL), with a target production weight under 8 kg.
  • Designed to IP54: dust-sealed and splash-proof, site-ready in any conditions.
  • Foot-pedal height adjustment: hands-free lift operation.

2. The Grippen Logbook

Each tool ships with a unique QR code. Your installers scan it on-site to generate a signed, photographed, location-stamped installation record, shared instantly as a PDF via the phone's native share sheet.

  • Proof of compliance on every job. No retrospective paperwork.
  • Insurance audit trail. Signed records to defend against property-damage or injury claims.
  • Local-first, no cloud dependency. Data stays on the installer's device. No third-party servers, no breach risk.
  • Fleet-wide reporting dashboard. On the development roadmap. Current capability: individual installer records shared via PDF to your operations team.

3. Priority wear-parts and support

  • User-serviceable design. Standard fasteners, field-replaceable castors and ball-transfer units.
  • Express dispatch. Wear parts sent directly to your depot or office, no need to return the tool.
  • Direct founder line. Your fleet contact gets a direct mobile number for immediate troubleshooting, bypassing standard queues.
